The new year…

What should I do on my blog this year? I feel like I don’t really get inspired very often, and I want to get inspired, I just do not know how. I am going to be moving to a new house soon, so I will probably not post that much soon, but that’s not really new. :/ I really want to be able to post more, often times people think that I dislike writing. But I don’t. Just because something is hard does not mean you have to dislike it.

Fly with you,

I hope you like your new home Phoebe! Have you been working on your story? I also have an idea about a potential theme/topic for your blog. It’s something that I’ve wanted to do in my blog, but I never get around to writing the posts – so I’m giving the idea to you. I think it’s a great idea for an animal fairy’s blog. You could share information and pictures about different types of animals. There are lots of ways to be creative with animal-themed posts besides just writing about what they like and where they live. You can write a poem, or a short story, or draw/paint a picture that includes your chosen animal. You can even make an edit of your fairy with the animal.

What do you think? Do you like the idea?

I envision the posts as informative, containing pictures, and having a creative element. But you don’t have to have all three in one post.

I also have a few more ideas if you do decide to do the animal-themed posts. If you choose to have a creative element, it doesn’t have to original – I bet there are some good poems out there already written that you could share, and artwork pieces as well (you’d just give credit to the creator/author if possible).

Another idea is to do research on what everyday people (like us) can do to help protect the chosen animal. There are so many possibilities! For example, most of us won’t be able to care for tigers directly…but there are things we can do for them, but, on the other hand, we can each do our part to nourish and protect our local wildlife, such as house finches and sparrows, bunnies, geese… :).

Another suggestion is keeping a journal of your ideas so that when you have an inspiration you can write it down. That way when you have time to write a post for your blog you will have lots of ideas to choose from.

I don’t know if you have a camera, but taking pictures of wildlife is always fun too!

      Best of luck β€πŸΎπŸ‡πŸ πŸ¦‹πŸπŸ¦‰
